Disliked: Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was terrible. There was no hot water in the shower. The room smelled like cigarettes. We requested a non smoking room.

Liked: I appreciated that it was a gated hotel so I felt safe about leaving my car outside.
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom was dirty inside of the shower. Also the door handle to the bathroom was also broken and was about to fall off so we couldn’t lock or close the door properly. There was also a cockroach behind a chair and that’s why I had to cancel my trip early. There was also a lady in the front desk who was very hostile and rude and everyone who walked in and out that building made me uncomfortable.
