Disliked: 1st room was dirty food on the floor dirty sheets second room they gave me had no TV remote that I had to wait 2 hours after calling requesting one only received one after I went to front desk to request again after the 2 hour wait. Also the second room phone didn't work and the fridge was leaking so bad I had to place a towel under it just so I wasn't walking into a puddle every time I walked into the kitchen. Not to mention there were obvious urine stains on the toilet which told me they only wipe the seat and barely at that. I requested a refund after seeing the condition of the first room and they refused I asked if they could transfer my reservation to the extended stay a few blocks up and they said no. They were not solution focused. Originally telling me we can go in and pick up the first room when it clearly needed more than a pick up. I'm extremely disappointed as I have stayed here in the past and had an amazing stay but the quality of service and the upkeep of the rooms have gone all the way down. I wish I was able to upload all the photos I took. Honestly they should have paid me to stay here.
