My room had BUGS/no staff...

Liked: Property was Nice
Disliked: I would appreciate the card I used being refunded, and this being escalated to the hotel. I notified the front desk several times of bedbugs and a roach in my room. They could not change my room and I could not get any staff members after midnight on a 24 hour hotel location. I would very much appreciate the card I used to book the room that I swiped at the hotel to be refunded in some capacity with a fair amount. This was not a good situation and I work for Bank of America and I have yet to tell any of my supervisors about the trip but it was a very bad experience.

Disliked: Hard spring sqeaky bed, exposed wires and lamps not working, absolutely no customer service. Im 70 years old and was told if I needed the luggage cart I could go look on the 2nd or 3rd floor- it might be there. Slamming doors all night, loitering "residents" in hallways and in front of the entrance. "Breakfast" included was a weak cup of coffee and a processed chocolate muffin. The soap pkg had been opened and used. The only plus at this hole was it had a roof so we stayed dry. We were asked how our stay was n when we said it was the worst we have stayed in- the response was " oh, that's too bad"

Disliked: Bed was sunken where people have been sleeping over time. Shows how old and worn the bed is. Dirty.I paid in advance then when I arrive late at night she tried to charge me again and told me I hadn’t paid even when I showed her proof I had. Made me stand around for an hour and made ME call bookings.com even though it wasn’t my mistake, and sort it out. I had been driving for 8 hours, it was late at night and she was just rude.
