Liked: The location was great, just what we needed.
Disliked: The breakfast is a little deceiving. It's setup on 1 small table in the lobby and consisted of granola bars, muffins, coffee and tea from what we saw. Definitely make sure you are there as soon as it gets put out because we made it an hour after they started and there was 3 items left. Also, the hallway and by the elevators smelled like cigarettes when we got there and in the evening.

Liked: The accommodations were excellent, very clean, quiet, and staff was very very helpful and friendly!
Disliked: Nothing! Shuttle to nearby store…. That’s it!

Liked: Location was okay in regards to having a few number of bus lines nearby to the train station! Staff were great! Felt safe! We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks while in NYC!
Disliked: Breakfast was the same everyday “grab n go” so it became boring

Liked: The check in ladies were exceptional and very nice. It’s nothing more to tell the location is great
Disliked: But the guy was beyond rude when there was a mistake and my money was taken out of my account for a night I didn’t stay there. He was rude beyond measures and I’ll never stay there again just based off of how he was talking and his attitude.
