I've stayed in better, needs...

Liked: Reasonably clean & comfortable for a budget hotel. Nighttime lady on reception was very pleasant. Bed was comfortable & it was quiet around my room.
Disliked: Probably one of the worst Extended Stay America I've stayed at. Started with my arrival the man on reception was very unwelcoming & practically threw my room key at me. Not the cleanest throughout the building & within my room. There are lots of parts of the building that need attention & repair.

I wouldn’t recommend

Disliked: They didn’t honor my early check in request,there was no breakfast,vending machines didn’t work overall just a bad experience not one I’m use to when I’m out of town

A waste of time, and...

Liked: There was absolutely NOTHING to like about this property!!!! Save your money!!!!! Don’t waste it here. Carpet smells like an unwashed sweaty scalp, holes in chairs, mold under sink. We checked out as soon as we checked in!!! Front desk was HORRIBLE!!! Lazy!!! Only one good person and that was Brandon. Keep Brandon, and fire the rest!!!!
Disliked: The laziness of the staff, waited 20 minutes as the assistant manager sat behind the wall looking at the camera with us and another couple waiting to check in….right before immediately leaving!!! the nastiness of the room, the incompetence with refunding our money!!!!!! LAZY LAZY!!!! Place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

Disliked: Arrived to check in and was told I could not check in Becuase they didn’t have power and the front desk was very dismissive and rude the property never sent an email letting me know this nothing so I had to search for a new hotel last minute
