Cheap, contractor hotel, dirty, safety...

Disliked: Management and accounting practices. Seems like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Drafty rooms, security concerns, crappy key cards, trash under bed, refrigerator didn’t cool. One maintenance man for three properties. Ned’s TLC.
