Really enjoyed my night

Disliked: Had to call and wait for a receptionist

Disliked: Staff wasn’t friendly. And don’t advertise breakfast when you have 1apple. For the whole hotel. And coffee with no sugar.

Liked: Nothing good
Disliked: It was dirty, not clean

Horrible.

Liked: very bad I got hot cocoa, Everything finished before 9 am, and the reception area was dirty. the staff just sat looking at us.
Disliked: dirty, peoples' dogs everywhere.

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The bed was very hard and not comfortable. There were no curtains in the room so it was very bright and hard to sleep. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work as well as another light in the room.

Very good

Liked: Clean room, lots of lighting. The fridge and microwave worked very well. We didn't use the surface stove. The bed was quite comfortable. We were on the highway side so it was a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. The hotel is conveniently situated.
Disliked: The baggage cart. It's ok for a few items but we have a lot of stuff so we needed several trips.

Very good

Liked: The convenience of location near facilities to get food or eat out.
Disliked: 1st room multiple issues, 1-door lock did not work, 2-the night stand lamp did not work, 3- the TV would not allow to watch any shows. But we did get to move to another room where everything worked as it should.
