VERY DISAPPOINTED. IN GENERAL, FELT...

Liked: Location for our needs.
Disliked: Trashy, desk clerks not on station. Areas around and behind check-in desk cluttered and trashy. Only 1 small elevator for guest use. Staff manning the front desk were generally unkept in appearance and dress ( not professional). Morning coffee and snack station in disrepair. No dishes, coffee maker, etc. in rooms. Had to go to front desk to get the “basics” one would expect from an extended stay hotel.

Disliked: I didnt like how the breakfast was served and place was not clean. Also I didn't like how they schedule a planned power outage where they loose power all day Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm and did not tell me untill I checked in. There was no where else for me to go since I was coming from south carolina so I had stay and they still charged me full price instead of giving a refund for the day or something.

Disliked: Checked in at 3pm on Friday March 21ST. Was told after paying that check out was 11am Saturday March 22nd but as of 8 am the power would be turned off until 8 pm for work being done, so we had to get up @ 6:30 am to shower and gather are belongings to leave hours before check out because of no power. We purchased food to cook for breakfast which we couldn’t make it was a really horrible experience and should have been told prior to paying that we would have no power in the morning. It was a terrible situation and experience. I should be comped another stay and was not offered anything. Your company should also comp me a room since I trusted to book through you!!!!
