Disliked: Staff not welcoming. Not clean. No coffee maker in room and ran out for supposed free breakfast. Rarely complain but this was one of the biggest dives I've stayed in.

Liked: The location was the only thing going for this hotel.
Disliked: Upon check in, our room key wasn't activated, OK no biggie, front desk resolved the issue. When entering our room, it had an awful cooked oil smell. The side of the fridge and the lamp shade by the counter was full of old grease, the eye hole in the door was stuffed with a napkin piece, the bathroom toilet was extremely low sitting to the floor - the toilet seat lid was very loose, the tub caulking had mold spots, the exhaust fan was rusted. The king sized bed creeked when laying down and the mattress was saggy in the middle - v shaped, the desk also was saggy in the middle like the bed. The T.V. was outdated and different to watch due to poor screen quality, walls were marked up in the bathroom and by the arm chair, with a fair amount of dust.

Disliked: We checked in only to find drugs in the room, broken outside screen, blood on the pillow and Sheetrock damage so we contacted the front desk and checked out. He assured me a full refund since we didn’t stay. Now, I’m having problems with booking.com having the hotel refund credited on my card.
