Liked: The exterior of the property looked ok. The staff was friendly, and tried to help, with limited resources.
Disliked: The room was filthy and in disrepair. There was mold on the ceiling, rust in the shower, kitchenette cabinet falling off the hinges, hook missing on the back of the bathroom door, the entire middle of the bathroom door missing and mechanism for the bathroom doorknob missing, and overall the room was terrible. I have traveled the country and stayed at some of the cheapest and worst hotels around and this honestly was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in nicer campgrounds than this room. Additionally, I booked a king size bed for my husband and I (on an anniversary trip) and they gave us a room with two little full size beds (“but don’t worry, we didn’t charge you for the extra bed.”). The “breakfast” is tiny chocolate muffins, oatmeal (with no bowls, so you can eat it out of a paper cup), and coffee with only crappy creamer. That’s it! Because the room was supposed to have a kitchenette, we stopped at a grocery store for dinner items. We had to request plates and silverware because there is NOTHING in the room and they gave us two plates, two mismatched spoons, and two forks with bent tines.

Liked: Angie at the hotel reception was very helpful and pleasant. Location near to Miami Airport.
Disliked: Place is very old , the queen size bed was barely big enough for two people, the floor was dirty as our feet showed it. The bed was adequate but only 2 pillows were not. I asked for 2 more and received one very lumpy pillow and a regular size one. I had trouble with the card key and had it reformatted twice. One lamp didn't work but the AC unit was quiet and cooled the room fine. The free breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars and muffins which too many were taken by the guests, The cabinet door in the kitchen was off it's hinges. The room was basic it served it's purpose of sleeping after a long flight back to Miami airport area. The towels were nice and the shower was ok yet very lacking in body wash and instead had a tiny soap bar.

Disliked: I stayed there till 17th and checked out one day prior but dint got my refund. and they charged me for all three days.
