Liked: The area, it was right behind the mall. Plenty of places to eat
Disliked: Needs firmer mattresses

I would never stay at...

Liked: I like that the staff was friendly and the take and go breakfast options.
Disliked: I didn’t like the parking lot, it was riddle with trash, and a few fights happened on the lot. I didn’t get much sleep because of a couple was fighting each night I was there. Too much arguing and physical abuse during the wee hours of the night. The bed was like sleeping on a flat board! The toiletries seem like they were for people in prison. Lastly, I didn’t like that I had to go to the front desk to get towels & other things. Why ask your guests to tip the staff when we have to work almost as hard as they do!?

Disappointing we didn’t even bathe...

Liked: Staff was friendly and polite.
Disliked: The mattress on the let out couch was dirty, the tub was also dirty , your shower was not working , and your headboard of the couch was dirty,The sink was dirty ,your arm chair had an weird smell and would not let out and your walls are dirty.

Liked: The staff was nice. Tyrone has the best customer service skills even though he's new!
Disliked: Even though I was in a handicap room, the shower only went has high as my waist. There were spiders in the shower and kitchen area. There was also a leak under the sink in the bathroom. Because there were no more available rooms I had to just stick it out there.
