Disliked: My room had meldew from the ac! The carpet was wet and smelled very awful

Disliked: The front desk staff gave us an already occupied room. We were asked to come back later and when we did, they refused honor our reservation as we were “too late”. We had to book another hotel last minute with no refund.

Disappointing

At least it was one...

Disliked: Shower head, hardly any water came out. Only two small pillows on the bed. Neighbors were very noisy, running and banging on the ceiling all through the night.

Disliked: The foul smell entering the facility. After calling a number on a piece of paper, I was told I'll be helped in a moment. After 10 mins another customer requested toilet paper. We had to wait 15 mins for a drunk man (alcohol scent clearly pouring from his pores and breath). He caught an attitude by yelling me to wait a min he has a whole hotel to run and I simply asked for a refund. I was told no more rooms available. Had to find another place to stay after traveling 8 hours with my kids. I would not recommend staying here. The customer told me it smelled worse upstairs and they have roaches.
