Liked: The staff were very helpful and patient. The hotel is located very close to major roads and activities. The room has a full kitchen setup. The fridge was spacious and accommodating. The air conditioner was also optimal. The bed and covers were very clean, comfortable and well kept.
Disliked: The room smelled like someone had used cigarettes for incense. The bathroom needed the circulation fan on constantly, to drain out the smoke smell.The room only had one trashcan, and it was smaller than a gallon of milk.The lamps do not have USB ports built in, and half of the wall outlets didn't seem to work at all, except for the one connected to the TV.The shower curtains aren't long enough to drape into the bathtub, so the only way to keep them in place was getting them wet, sticking them to the very top of the rim to the tub and watching in case they fell out.Two of our towels ended up being used, just to catch the water leaking out of the shower, because of the short curtains. Inevitably, we just aimed the shower head toward the wall and leaned back to rinse off.The smoke had been immediately mentioned to the front desk, to avoid being potentially blamed for it, but all the clerk could do was make a note on our stay and apologize. They were fully booked, so no other rooms were available.

Disliked: Literally almost everything went wrong. No hot water. Swapped rooms but had to pay extra. Still no hot water. Room was dirty it had a lot of trash from previous guests still in it. Requested refund was told no. 10/10 don't recommend
