Disappointing

Liked: the room was clean but the hallways smelled there was food on the floor and elevator but the staff was amazing

Liked: Was clean and the room was in good shape. No trouble parking even tho pretty fullHad a kitchenette.
Disliked: Breakfast offered was not coffee, oatmeal and muffins/grain bars. So poor, I'm sure why they even offer it. Front desk staff was pretty ambivalent. Strange layout, not a lot of amenities.

At one point, the room...

Liked: The location was close to Manhattan. The common areas were nice and most of the staff was very nice.
Disliked: My room smelled of so much cigarette spoke that I couldn’t sleep the entire night. I had a tremendous headache and my sinuses were affected. I felt like I was going to to be ill. The housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. That room should have never been sold. I would have stayed elsewhere if there were no other rooms available. I am very upset. This room was a health hazard.

Liked: Rather close to event.
Disliked: No utilities in the kitchen. Nowhere to sit for a meal in the room. Nowhere to sit in the reception. Very small bed.
