Liked: The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
Disliked: The whole facility could use a facelift and it didn't look super clean. Also, the shower head in my shower would not face towards the back of the shower so I had to hold it in my hands while showering so I could be under the water.

Liked: Nothing !The jumping hotel. Haha The whole building is shaking because they clean the sheets etc with an industrial washing machine and we thought there was an earthquake ! We finally called the front desk and we were told that there was nothing they could do about it but they knew about the issue ! We were told to talk to the manager in the morning which of course was not in. No refund was issued after a sleepless night. In order to get a refund we were told that we had to leave the hotel at the time we called the front desk that is at midnight!We did call booking customer service at that time who issued a ticket and wrote an email ,,, they got no response and issued a partial credit

Liked: The room size was quite adequate. All the staff I encountered were genuinely nice.
Disliked: The bed size did not feel like a true king. The bathroom was not the cleanest.
