Liked: I really enjoyed the fact that this room had a kitchenette and I could save some money by preparing food in the room. Also, the proximity to NYC was fantastic and it was so easy for us to get an Uber to pick us up.
Disliked: While, as a pet parent, I'm glad this place is pet friendly, I encountered a very large dog while a lady was checking in and I was trying to check out. He may have been friendly but his size was intimidating and he seemed very protective of his owner, to the point that I exited the building and waited in my car until I saw her leave with her pet. For safety reasons, pets should either be required to remain in the vehicle during check-in (weather permitting, of course, not too hot or too cold) or properly secured with use of a muzzle temporarily to prevent biting or barking, until you are in your room. As an extended stay hotel, staff does not clean daily which is fine, but putting a broom and dust pan and maybe a swiffer mop in each room at least would be convenient.
