The stay was nice for...

Liked: We had heat and a refrigerator and microwave. Everything worked in the bathroom. The bed was ok. The TV and internet worked. The price was ok for the location we needed. We were there for a volleyball tournament at Liberty and had to be there the next day at 7:30 so couldn't have been a better location.
Disliked: There were 3 of us and with it being a last-minute choice to stay there was not much shampoo for the 3 of us. There was no hairdryer. 99% of the places I have stayed had a hairdryer. They had an iron so interesting that there was no hair dryer. If extended means you may have to stay a few days and if it snowed, you had to stay even longer I don't understand why there isn't like a pan and utensils if you needed to cook something. Nice to have the refrigerator but would be nicer if you needed or wanted to cook something. Not sure if I saw a coffee maker.

Liked: The beds were relatively comfortable, bedding seemed clean and room warm.
Disliked: The front desk clerk was more negative than positive. More about dont,s than hospitality. The room was generally cleaned or tidy but definitely overall cleanliness could be questioned…..Details matter. No coffee appliance in room and door when leaving did not secure well. Bat tub was stained therefore appeared dirty.

Disliked: Staff was rude, slow, didn’t acknowledge my waiting for 15 minutes though I could hear them talking to a friend. Someone told them twice “hey, you got a guest out front”. noisy and bathroom had a dirty towel in it.
