Liked: I have stayed at this same hotel, just different location.
Disliked: This specific location didn’t have bay rooms cleaned for a reservation made online. A young gentleman told me to come back in 40 mins and he would have it cleaned asap. I wasn’t in a rush and told him that was fine. When I went back, there was a young lady who had said the rooms were dirty, even though they weren’t occupied. She said to give her a moment and she would clean them. I had already waited an hour and someone else wants me to continue waiting on someone to do their job. I have never had this much problems getting a hotel. And I do reserve them a few times throughout the year. I was very disappointed because I had been to another location and had a great experience. The food wasn’t even a full breakfast, just oatmeal, cereal, and bread. I was told there was a waffle maker and didn’t even see that.
