The staff and upgrades would...

Liked: The staff is awesome! We have had the pleasure of dealing with Janice on a daily basis and her joyful, personable customer service is so appreciated! The evening staff member Tyrek is always helpful and professional! Location is perfect. The large fridge and cooktop are great features.
Disliked: The on site laundry is ok, just had an issue with the washer but they tried to resolve it as best they could.

Convenient in short notice

Liked: It was in a convenient location.
Disliked: My bathroom smelled like pee. And the shower had hair in it and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Decent but not great

Liked: They need to do more maintenance of their rooms, some outlets weren’t working and the rooms had some issues.
Disliked: The staff was kind of rude and they had a lot of drifters hanging around the property.
