Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Room very dated, Had an unpleasant odor that would not go away. Only stayed here because it was close to family and they allow pets. Never again will I stay there. Even the hallways had a strange odor.

Disliked: The rooms and hallways were old and dingy. Our floor had an odd odor made worse by anyone cooking. The rooms were dark and stuffy.

Disliked: The heater in the room did not work, there were baby cockroach’s in the kitchen area of the room, the furniture was worn, the sink dripped all night so I had to place a towel in the sink to quiet it and the refrigerator would run loudly constantly , at 8:00 am they were out of coffee at the breakfast area. I informed the front desk staff regarding this issue,

Disliked: (1) I requested West Facing Room, but front clerk lady assigned me on East Facing Room even there are many rooms available.(2) She assigned me the room next the exit door, so I woke up every time someone comes in/out(3) Each room should have a Micro Oven, but not in our room. Room# 160.

We had a good stay...

Liked: It was very convenient and close to stores. The staff was amazing 10/10! Both night staff and day staff were so kind and helpful and friendly!
Disliked: The breakfast bar was awful! The muffins were so gross. Dry tasteless and nasty. No oatmeal was available or fruit. Coffee was very good. The construction was also a bummer very noisy.
