Very relaxing and suitable for...

Liked: The area was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful and the property was clean and comfortable

We've stayed there 4 times...

Liked: The location is great. The size of the rooms are good. The pricing is good.
Disliked: This last time, the 1st room we had as soon as we turned on the heat, white smoke came out. Smoked up the whole room, our clothes, made the alarms go off and the whole floor smelled like smoke. So they gave us another room on that floor. Nasty water kept coming up from the drain in the kitchen sink. We had to keep bleaching it to make sure our room didn't smell. The elevator wasn't kept clean at all and neither was the front lobby. I'm not sure what changed in the last few months but it definitely needs to revamped again for the better.

Won't be staying there again....

Liked: Bed was made beautifully, sheets clean and bathroom towels white and fluffy, like new. So your housekeeping staff is doing your job but there's only so much you can do with a nasty carpet in the hall and give them more time to clean the room floor and there's nothing you can do with surfaces that are all scratched up on tables and cabinets that are too freaking old Front desk app at night and in the morning were each nice and helpful young people.
Disliked: The room should be going for $58 a night, NOT $111 !! With An online Discount! it was a dump, dingy, needs upgrades everywhere in order to bring it to a least a modest, lower middle class place. Floor dirty, needed sanitizing disinfectant and detergent wet mopping. The refrigerator needs replacing. Frig was clean on the inside but on the outside super nasty, rusted in places with some sort of dirty thing splashed on the outside so there was still dripping liquid that had dried. The cabinetry was old; the tables were all nicked and scratched up awful awful !The room air smelled horribly, like stale Afrosheen mixed with wet dog...

Liked: The front desk was great at check-in.
Disliked: The hotel isn't well taken care of.My room was non-smoking, but smoke smell was strong Even after opening window room still smelt like smoke. Bedsheets also smelled like smoke. Light in room was not good, lots of lights didn't work.Water pressure was horrible. Bed was comfortable, though.

Frightening to spend the night

Liked: Breakfast, was granola bars and coffee. Our destination was very close to this location. The people hanging around the front desk, where unhelpful very unprofessional, we wanted to leave, but could not find vacancies at the last minute. This Extended Stay Motel is being used by LA County to house the homeless, with mental issues. After speaking with some of the tenants on the elevator, they are kind and respectfully. Not like the employees of this establishment.
Disliked: The disrespectful employees hanging around the front desk, when I asked them for help, checking in, she snapped. We wanted to leave, but vacancies at other motels were not available. We check out at first light.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The REFRIGERATOR doors have GREASE that has built up for at least a year. Housekeeping needs to get some degrease and clean the refrigerator doors. There's no way they are cleaning properly. Dust behind the TV were the plugs

Bad

Liked: I did not like the hotel at all, the staff member dealing with me was rude and unhelpful. The room smelled stale and did not appear nice and the place was noisey with dogs barking. I left after seeing the room and I am requesting a full refund, as I only spent 10mins in the hotel. Unfortunately, I was unable to have supporting documents to these issues.
