Liked: The Cleaniness of the room and we could bring our animals there.
Disliked: My key card failed to work at 4:00 am in the morning when I took my dog out. None of the outside doors including the front door woruld work. ( later the attendant said that there was a computer reading of how to reach a person on duty)However, I did not have my glasses or phone with me. The only thing readable was a lorge sign and red phone that said, " call only 911 for an emergency) I left the hotel front entrance, and frantically paced back and forth in the 40* weather watching for any signs of a door opening. At 4:30 in the morning, I was able to see a gentleman standing inside a side door , and I had woke up my husband by banging on the outside room window. When I checked out, The attendant on duty explained that my card must have deactivated. I have left 2 messages regarding this issue, inaddition to asking booking.com to email the night duty manager. This site manager has not returned my phone calls. The unexplained horror I had to go through being looked out, I would not want any one to go through this experience.

Liked: They were very accommodating to our emotional service dog. Also I appreciated how clean the room& bath were.
Disliked: climbing over the tub was hard as a handicap person to do. I would have preferred a walk in shower.
