Wanna pay $100/night to sleep...

Liked: Don't know. Wasn't able to stay.
Disliked: I booked my room 3 weeks ago. After driving 2 hours in traffic, and arriving at night, the manager at the desk tells me they'd cancelled my room without warning because they "overbooked". No phone call, no email, no nothing, and Booking.com still showed me as confirmed and not cancelled. It's almost like they don't understand what the word "Reservation" means. Seems like a common scam they run. The guy offered me a room the next night at a discount, guaranteed he was going to bump some other sucker to accommodate that since he told me they were "completely booked" at the beginning of our conversation. If you got a good deal on this hotel when you booked it, I'd be real nervous as to whether or not that room is still available to you by the time you arrive, or if they gave it to someone else paying more. But you won't find out till you get there. I had to scramble to find another room or I was going to have to sleep in my car in January. The guy at the desk seemed very unphased by the whole thing like this happens constantly. Still waiting for my refund to post, seems like that's going to be a whole other issue with these jokers.

Horrible! I have never stayed...

Disliked: Had to have front desk come open the door upon returning each time because key cards didn't work.The facility is filthy .The hallways smelled horrible because of dog urine puddles. The sheets didn't fit the bed.No coffee available. Staff (front desk)was not able to perform duties because of lack of training

Overall very satisfied with experience...

Liked: Very affordable compared to similar hotels in the area. Full kitchen made life easier. Parking and location were good. Well lit and free from unnecessary loitering.
Disliked: Everything was overall pretty good. Clearly no longer part of Extended Stay chain Standards have lowered a little. For instance the laundry is still $3.00 to wash AND $3.00 to dry but the machines at this hotel were worst than any I’ve ever seen. They work but nobody has even wiped them down in months. I had to ask front desk for cleaning supplies just to use. And they didn’t want to give me supplies to clean I had to make a big deal. They were disgusting.
