Only had one request at check-in: (3pm) a coffee maker and coffee room. Front desk was very rude when my husband asked again 2 1/2 hrs later. Finally, when we came back from our event at 10:30, we went to the front desk and waited for them to finally give us the coffee maker we had requested 7 hours earlier.

Only recommend if you want...

Liked: I liked that it felt like I had my own studio apt for a couple days. I was able to cook and my grand daughter was in her walker running around like crazy, so it felt roomy enough for us.
Disliked: Parking is horrible. Staff are not very helpful if you can find anyone. House keeping only comes when it’s 11 am on the day you leave. My bathroom was never cleaned since I checked in, I asked for cleaning products to do it myself and was told by front desk night girl she can’t do it cuz it’s against there rules and was also told I should talk to the morning manager and would probably get a discount for another night. Next morning I went to ask about the discount and the girl in front who happened to be the team leader told me that she heard about my situation and also had a note and my discount was applied to my stay already. Which made me mad because first of all my room was paid for already, all I had to do was drop my keys off and second who does something like that without talking to the customer first! I needed to start another night due to our power still being off in Riverside, so was planning on using that discount on another night. When I told her that she said “sorry there’s nothing I can do about it cuz I already applied the discount to your stay.” Moving on I asked how much for another night she said she’d be charging me $130 something dollars!! Wtf! Are you kidding me! I didn’t even pay that the first night why would I pay that amount now! She said I don’t know what to tell you. So I ended up looking on booking.com and found it cheaper so she said she could except it but I had to reserve it now! Mind you I don’t have a credit card the first night my mom put it on her credit card and I knew she wouldn’t drive all the way out to Ontario again so we found someone else to do it but still needed his credit card info to book the room on the app. She said if I didn’t book it in the next 10 minutes then she would have to charge me $10 for every ten minutes after check out time unless the room gets reserved again. Lord my person was on his way but dang!

Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. No waffles, fruit, or eggs.

Disliked: The place you dirty the hallway smelt

If you can, stay somewhere...

Liked: We liked how easy check in was.
Disliked: Our room had roaches, no towels, and we weren't able to check out over the phone. We also called to get more towels, and they make u turn in your used towels to the front desk to get more. The rooms were super old school and not updated. Etc.

Liked: The willingness of the manager and Megan to go above and beyond
Disliked: Cleanliness, and the maintenance and cleaning staff need to pay attention to the small things and a guest should never have to point things out or bring attention to different issues

Disliked: Got stuck in the elevator for almost an hour. Tried calling the front desk for assistance but no answer. Fire fighters are the one who helped us out.
