Only had one request at check-in: (3pm) a coffee maker and coffee room. Front desk was very rude when my husband asked again 2 1/2 hrs later. Finally, when we came back from our event at 10:30, we went to the front desk and waited for them to finally give us the coffee maker we had requested 7 hours earlier.

Liked: Was close to my work for the weekend. That’s my one and only pro.
Disliked: The woman checking us in was very rude. I ask a simple question and I got attitude for it. Sure she was going through something but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. Elevator was out, WiFi was out, air conditioning was in poor performance. It smelt of mold and mildew in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned well in the slightest. Cob webs in all corners of the room finding medication on the floor upon arrival.

Disliked: The way of handling the reservations I could have at least get a phone call or text or email anything to let me know and not leave me hanging with nowhere to stay in

Disliked: The hotel from the outside is beautiful the inside is completely different it smells like mildew and cigarettes the staff could care less about what is going on the room smelled like mildew there was roaches and ants in the room We asked for a different room We were told they were fully booked so they couldn't move us and we didn't have enough money to leave to go anywhere else the facility states that they served free breakfast I asked the lady at the front desk about that she said they don't do that anymore The kitchen in the room did not work so I could not cook the tacos my husband wanted for our trip there was blood on the towels blood on the bed sheets as well as other stains and we couldn't get clean sheets either We had to sleep with the lights on so roaches wouldn't crawl on us The location was amazing but the stay was horrific this was our first vacation away from our kids and a very long time and we couldn't even enjoy each other in the room because we had to worry about the bugs and the smell the bed was so dipped in on one side so we couldn't sleep comfortably worst stay of our lives

Liked: Friendly staff, Great central location and price. They accommodated my wife's special needs.
Disliked: Outdoor waste receptacles were overflowing and needed to be emptied. They were this way for the 3 days we were there.
