Disliked: keys to the room never worked. always had to go to the front desk to get them to give us a new key. but when we did that it was always like a 20 min wait cuz there was no one every at the front desk...

Liked: The price was amazing it was clean the room was great. The location is great lot of restaurants in the area.
Disliked: The service was not the greatest probably better to others felt a lil unwelcome but overall great people if your welcomed in the area.

Liked: Mean people at the front desk Night Shift.
Disliked: Is the first time someone treated me this bad , the front desk personcalled me at 2 am in the morning to ask me about a toilet blender which i didn’t have.I have health conditions and I was asleep at that time,2 am.She screamed and told me to bring it now ! I thought she was talking about the kitchen utensils , I was totally asleep and i didn’t really understand her, she told me to get out of the hotel tomorrow! Whenni went downstairs she wasn’t there and i went back upstairs where i found her knocking at my door very mad.What is wrong with her ? Why she is so mean ? She was very aggressive using a very rude tone of voice .was just there to rest after 2 doctors appointments! Was going to fly on Monday! i think she was confusing me with another guest! I went downstairs at 2.15 am and she realized that I didn’t have the blender! I think she was under the influence of something to treat me that way ! i even spoke with the manager Frank in the morning about my health condition, he was very kind, I will speak with him again tomorrow. This isn’t right, is 2.23 am and my pressure went all down.I had to leave the hotel before because I didn’t want to ne close to that woman one more night , very mean , no educated person , is obviously that she isn’t happy with her job. discharge her anger in a guest ,
