No housekeeping

Liked: Close to where I needed to be.
Disliked: The room was very old, had roaches and ants. No outlets for USB, no coffee pot in the room, the free breakfast was disappointing just oatmeal mix, few small muffins.

Bad

Liked: We were evacuated,arrived and no power in the hotel. We left without checking in and still got charged. The hotel said that booking.com was responsible and booking.com says it's the hotel that's responsible.
Disliked: We couldn't check in due to power outage and still got charged
