Disappointing

Not luxurious but really cheap.
Liked: Close proximity to the airport. Low prices.
Disliked: Not very clean and certain appliances in the unit had rust.

Runnnn far from this HOTEL!!!

Disliked: So this was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. We arrived there around 9:45 PM and upon arrival we were told no rooms were available. Everything was booked up. We then complained that we have pre-ordered and prepaid for our one night at extended stay hotel why was it still listed as vacant in fact it said six vacancies even upon checking to make sure our arrivals booked. So from 945 until 1140 p.m., yes you heard me correctly. We stood there in that lobby for almost 3 hours. On Valentine's Day, nonetheless within those three hours of us standing in there and going back-and-forth on the phone with the third-party book it.com , several other guests who had also pre-ordered and paid online for their reservations, came in and had to deal with the same crazy ass revelation of the rules being available to these guests were from out of town, literally out of state being told this that all rooms are booked watching them go back-and-forth with the front office, girl, as well as being on crazy holes with customer for these huge complaints and errors. The front office girl told us that she could see where we had booked online but on their end it show they were still waiting for payment. I then proceeded to show her in my phone on my bank account app, as well as the confirmation from Booking.com showing me that they had already charged my card the full price for that one night she could see it she started calling customer service who told her that we need to call them we called them several times while we were sitting in the hotel lobby sitting on hold being told oh we're gonna call the hotel office. Just run to click back over every time and say oh no one's picking up and we're telling them we're standing in the lobby of the hotel and the girls right here.

Fire alarm ruins night
Disliked: On this stay. The bathroom door was difficult to open. Worse than that, the fire alarm went off and ruined my sleep. It was shutoff only to be reactivated a few minutes later. I left the property of course. The piercing sound was too much.
