Disliked: staff service. please do not stay here. This place is horrible and dangerous and guess service is terrible. Front desk attendant was disrespectful and mean. her name tag Silva, the bleached hair lady. She gave us access to an occupied room and when we went back to the lobby to tell her about it, she did not believed me and walked all the way to the room 438 and once she relized that someone was there in the room, she told me we dont have any more rooms and I need to go somewhere else. We walked back to the front desk and she got to her computer to check again for a room, and gave us another set of door cards for room 338. She told me if this room is occupied too that she could not help me. During all my interaction with her, her dimeanor was unpleasant and put out, like it was my fault and i was causing the problem. Also she questioned me who was the guy with me and keep giving my husband a bad look like if he was street person. Once we got to the room, the room had a strong smoke smell and the bathroom toilet did not flush and the TV was unplugged. We went back to the lobby and told herr about it and ask if we could use the bathroom in the lobby and she said to go to staples to use their bathroom. Not to mentioned that right at the entrance a couple was smoking pot. We left to use the store bathroom and when we got back the to the lobby the bleahed hair lady was talking with another lady of asian descent and she told me why you dont go and stay somewhere else like she knew what has happened. We asked the bleached hair lady if she was able to get the toilet fix and she told us it is a weekend and there is no plumber available.
