Liked: The location and mini kitchen
Disliked: The shower curtain didn't keep the water off the floor, which led to a dangerous slip hazard because the whole room had laminate floors. The smell of fabuloso was overwhelming in the room. Mattress left a lot to be desired. We liked it better a couple of years ago. A night shift person was hard to find, and when I did, she seemed bugged that she needed to reset my room card. We had to have the room cards multiple times because the cards wouldn't hold the code.. I could go on, but that's enough.

Liked: The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious with a nice little kitchen.
Disliked: The key card for my door kept failing and I kept having to go to the front desk to get them fixed. The bed was uncomfortable, kind of worn and hard. Rooms are noisy with the freeway traffic behind the building.

Liked: I liked the area it was in and how fast we were checked in.
Disliked: The room had imperfections There was only a few tv channels The ac wasn’t really working The kitchen counter had burn marks The bed kept flipping and moving if sat on wrong which we didn’t enjoy at all There wasn’t any complimentary shampoo or anything we had to go down to grab them

It worked... but I didn't...

Liked: the basic amenities were there... the coffee was good.
Disliked: electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work; faucet was questionable; things just looked so old and battered; no lounge in the complex for other use or meeting someone; the "breakfast" was the cheapest I've ever seen... and there was no coffee on my final day (and dry cream, not liquid - yeck!). Just an overall sense of not caring for the place and service at a minimum. Cheaper price, but not worth the value I paid for with a 4 night stay.

Liked: Clean room
Disliked: Didn't like a nasty snell in the hallway, no pool or spa, had toilet issues , and when asked if we can have more towels the staff said we had to have all the used towels in order to get new ones. We had to make our own ice and breakfast was not breakfast it was horrible. Had issues with my credit card they wouldn't except cash

Liked: The room was large.
Disliked: There was no breakfast but they offered packaged muffins (the kind from a vending machine), coffee, and tea but it all ran out before 9am. Also, no pots or pans, utensils, or dishes offered. Also I did not have a warm shower for the 2 days I was there. Water came out cold. Wasn't moved to another room.
