Liked: The staff friendly and nice

Clean, convenient location but NO...

Liked: It was at a good location, right off of Circle 4. It was only one exit away from Joseph Beth where I was attending Book Bash.
Disliked: NO ELEVATOR!!! I had to lug my luggage, cooler and book tote up and down the stairs every day. It was such a pain. For that simple reason, I would never stay here again.

Disliked: There was no one at the desk. You had to dial 0. The TV didn’t work. The bed was small. In general, the hotel was old.
