Liked: Nothing it was a horrible,
Disliked: They did not give us new towels, they did not vaccume, there were stains on floor and carpet and walls and pillow and blankets, they give you sheets and not blankets, housekeeping do not help and the office gave me a heron to sweep my own room there was not carts to help get my luggage, there was people knocking on my door and running and there was a lady knocking on my door back to back at almost 1am I will never book with them ever again. They do not care about you they state there is breakfast and it was only oatmeal The where horrible if I could rate it negative I would I booked here to see my army husband and it was horrible my 1year old was dining stuff all over the room and when I say the room was not clean. I was forced to stay there because my booking was through this website and I will never allow this to happen agin and I will be reporting this to the corporate also

Liked: I didn’t like anything about it
Disliked: I checked in on Saturday around 1 am and when I got to my room i immediately started crying because it was so disgusting and had a terrible smell. I could not stay there with my baby so I called every other hotel near by and found one with an available room and left that hotel immediately. I didn’t spend any of the nights there that I booked so it was really just a waste of money and I’d like a refund but If it’s going to be a big hassle I’ll just take the loss because I’m just happy I didn’t have to stay there in that what should be a 1 star hotel.

Disliked: Was traveling late at night and was charged extra for a late check in fee. No pool. No good breakfast just yogurt and bread. Employees were rude and unavailable. Don’t look nothing like the pictures. The rooms weren’t clean. And the recliner in the room the leather was peeling off.

Terrible unprofessional where to begin.

Liked: That it was close to army base. Fort Sill Oklahoma.
Disliked: That you couldn't get clean towels or beddling and you had to pay extra you had to take your own garbage to the dumpster I mean an on and on and on where should I start. And the beds were hard as a brick neck problems possibly have to see a doctor. The worst sleeping for 5 days in a row that I ever had. There was no breakfast like promise they had a grab and go blame it on the ports when the ports are already open back up. Supposed to been a non-smoking facility but the room next to me 217 was were smoking cigarettes in the bathroom all night long and weed. Doesn't help to complain cuz it seems like the staff don't want to do anything they distract they shrug there shoulders and say I don't know . I was in room 219 next to smoking chain room. People on three and four were running like they were in Olympics all night long. And I paid for the day before and since I was 1 hour over the time checking in they make you sleep in the parking lot like your homeless like they got enough of that down there. Just do better extend it say

Liked: No breakfast only coffee
Disliked: The hotel room stinks like pee. Hall ways dirty and General Manager Brian Very Rude with no customer service skills. The hotel advertise breakfast but serve only coffee in the breakfast room. Brain who is the general manager needs some customer service training.
