Disliked: I paid before getting there. I am an international student, I was alone in a different country at 1 in the morning. When I got there they told me I couldn't stay because I am 19. I understand the policy, but I was alone and I didn't have any option. I had to go back to the airport and spend the night there. It has been more than a month and I don't have my money back yet.

Disliked: Booked for my daughter, she was Refused entry at 11pm as claimed it was hotel policy not to accept under 21s, yet hotel policy on website does not say this Told to get out of lobby when trying to book another hotel into -21 degree temperatures When she did leave, was called a “F@cking B@tch” by the receptionist Not sure what her issue was but not a good advert for the hotel chainAvoid this place like the plague
