Disliked: Booked for my daughter, she was Refused entry at 11pm as claimed it was hotel policy not to accept under 21s, yet hotel policy on website does not say this Told to get out of lobby when trying to book another hotel into -21 degree temperatures When she did leave, was called a “F@cking B@tch” by the receptionist Not sure what her issue was but not a good advert for the hotel chainAvoid this place like the plague

Liked: I enjoyed professionalism and friendliness of the manager. The washers but not the dryers. Enjoyed the heater and the bed.
Disliked: Filthy room, the dryers, showers. medicine stolen from my room, lack of empathy from the staff for my stolen medicine, sometimes no breakfast ( granola bar or oat meal ), no lounge, the no exception 25 dollar early fee (for the earlier checkin) was innapropriate for my circumstances. Constant construction, constant noise, not being able to use elevator. Filthy inside and outside of the room.
