Nice if no construction

Liked: It was a full hotel room.
Disliked: We were there during construction inside the building. The hallways of our whole level had the carpet stripped and walls were being painted.

Very poor

Liked: Staff worked hard to rectify the issues. but...
Disliked: Had to change rooms three times within 15 minutes of checkin. First had an intolerable odor. Second had not been made up (hopefully just an error), Third had NO hot water.

Very good

Liked: I liked being accommodated with an early check in on a holiday weekend
Disliked: No fresh fruit 9n the breakfast bar

Horrible will not stay again

Disliked: Rude staff, pull out bed broken, dirty towels!

Liked: Coupons every now and then for the returning guess would be very useful.

Thanksgiving

Liked: The location was away from the hubbub of all the activities, which was a real blessing for us. It gave us a place that was peaceful and accessible to a Walmart(had to pick up a few things) and other eateries. Travelers tip: Before you check out, make sure you have all your garbage bagged up@tied off and a new bag in the can, the towels you used on the counter. Don't be that butthead and trash out your room(you never know how short staffed any facility is). Be kind to the staff, and they will be kind to you in return(remember Santa watches you 365 days a year).
Disliked: The fact that there was no indication of a veteran discount by the 3rd party booking we used. When we asked for coffee cups to be brought up to the room, I got given disposable ones to take back to our room. They worked, so no problem.

Liked: The property was very clean
Disliked: The toilet didn’t want to flush and it seemed like the water in the shower only had one setting which was hot. I wish that the rooms had all of the utensils in them when you arrive.
