Definitely would stay again. Room was clean. Short walk to the river taxi. Easy to get to from I95.

Liked: Nice room. Great location for Metro Park; full fridge and mini kitchen.

Liked: First we got there and we were charged an extra 100.00 deposit that we knew nothing about at time of check in. Then we went to our room and the fire alarm went off. We had to go outside while the fire department came and check out the hotel. We were waiting with the temperature in the 20 degrees or below. After everything was over with the fire department. The problem was a busted water pipe. Our room and floor the first floor was flooded and I believe the second floor as well. So we asked for our money back and the response we were given is that it would take 3 to 5 business days to recover our deposit back and the money for the room was gone. And none refundable. Due to the fact my husband and I are both disabled our financial situation was not very good in the middle of the month. The reason we were even at the hotel was because I had to have my pacemaker defibrillator replaced due to the battery life. My husband has COPD and emphysema and it is hard for him to breathe in the cold temperatures and stress during our stay was just putting us in under extreme stress also there was another elderly couple there who’s wife was receiving chemotherapy the next day and had to leave with out a refund because of the confusion and stress from the siren going off and the stress of not being able to reserve a refund to allow them to go to another hotel. To add injury to insult the room we were sent to after our reserved room was flooded there were dirty washcloths hanging on the shower rack in the bathroom. We were told we would have to pay another deposit each night we spent as well as the cost of the room. Due to this fact I requested to be able to go home after my surgery so my husband would have some were to sleep when we were expecting freezing temperatures and snow.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The site on booking. I stated it had coffee and coffee makers and breakfast. A coffee maker should have been in the room. There was nothing in the room. Everything had to be asked for by request, and no one told anyone about it. Having to be a request even when we got to the door breakfast was lousy. Coffee was watered down and lousy. Worst breakfast I've ever seen and I stay at a lot. Of extended stays throughout the state of Florida. Granola bars is not breakfast.

Liked: There were drugs smoking on the first floor. l reported it, but not a thing was done, bad for business
Disliked: You should remove this hotel for your suite no good for the price.
