Definitely would stay again. Room was clean. Short walk to the river taxi. Easy to get to from I95.

Liked: Nice room. Great location for Metro Park; full fridge and mini kitchen.
Disliked: No on site pool or ice.

Liked: The room was comfortable.
Disliked: To find out that I had to pay for parking plus a $100 deposit that I am still waiting to be refunded. Very upsetting when you immediately charge my debit card but it has been over 12 hours and I haven't gotten the $100 refunded back to my account. Breakfast was a joke. I do not consider granola bars and small muffins and coffee, or hot chocolate to be a breakfast. Also, I asked for a hair dryer..never got it.

Liked: The room was adequate.
Disliked: 1. The woman at reception was very rude. I was evacuating from a hurricane alone with my pets I arrived at 2 in the morning after a harrowing 6 hour journey. She couldn’t even bother to hold the double doors open while I maneuvered the luggage cart when it is apparent I have a disability. 2. This same woman was rude to my cousin who called in the reservation for me while I drove. The woman was annoyed that I could not make it until 2am as if I had a choice with the evacuation traffic. 3. Governor Desantis announced hotels in Florida would waive pet fees and restrictions for this emergency. This hotel did neither and Extended Stay America will not refund the fee. 4. It is apparent that this company does not care about its fellow Americans.

Disliked: Not a great breakfast selection just coffee and muffins but I guess the kitchenette is an option to use and the side door lock was broken so you had to go all the way to the front to enter

Liked: They room was pretty clean. The location was perfect for my stay (walking distance to the children's hospital and a few restaurants)If you're looking for luxurious, romantic, or fancy it wouldn't be my first choice, but it's perfect for an extended stay. I really appreciated the kitchen
Disliked: The old carpet in the rooms and halls. No dish washing liquid.No conditioner.(( No BIG complaints))
