Overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: The hotel was close by many stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice. The bathroom was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The light in the kitchen area didn’t work.

They don't change bedding often...

Disliked: Bedding wasn't charged daily, pay a deposit upon arrival and having to wait 3 to 5 days to receive your deposit

Liked: After an entire night, we finally got a handicap room that did not reek of smoke. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was decent.
Disliked: There is no elevator access and limited handicap accessible options. Only handicap door for one side of hotel did not open without someone rushing to the other side and climbing down stairs to open it. The entire first floor reeked of smoke and Marijuana, even though facility was supposed to be smoke free.
