Honestly awful, if time wouldn’t...

Liked: The person that checked me in was super nice everything else was pretty awful.
Disliked: Walked in and got hit with the smell of ramen, found food in cupboards and the bedside drawer. The computer chair was stained and had a literal ramen noodle stuck to it, there was still toothpaste on the bathroom counter, and the floors were sticky. It was clearly not cleaned before we got there and gross. The door also didn’t latch behind you unless you pulled the door hard. When leaving the desk person didn’t even come out of the back room to talk to me. Just said the gurls would deal with it in the morning. I left the keys and just walked out. We were going to the eras tour and decided to leave some stuff there and decided after the concert to just grab our stuff and leave cause it was so gross and uncomfortable.

Liked: The front desk young lady who checked us in 9/21 was amazing . Excellent customer service. She had locs in her hair, but I forgot her name. Bravo to her!!
Disliked: The bathroom sink had embedded stains, possibly due to age, but it looked dirty.
