Disliked: Dirty , had a room booked and ended up not having one once i arrived because they overbooked . So i wasted my money . The room was nasty there was shit in the toilet . Staff was nice but facility trash never will stay here again wouldn’t recommend.

Liked: The facility was nice
Disliked: Christine at the front desk was very rude. I had people over my head stomping and jumping from 6:00 a.m. All day I reported it Three times. They did nothing about it. They told me because they've been here longer than me. I will have to basically deal with it. This is what the manager Christina told me My checkout was on Monday, October 28th. I checked out Sunday October 27th because of the noise I think if you have customers with kids they need to be on the first floor, not the second and the third floor over people's heads. It was our vacation and it was ruined

Liked: The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and shower was clean and the water pressure was great. Everything was what I expected and more.The receptionist and housekeeper went out of their way to assist me. I am handicapped and their assistance made my stay enjoyable. I was amazed at the number of guests that are I came to Indianapolis staying there more long term. It was not noisey at all.
Disliked: I don't have any complaints or concerns.

Liked: It was clean but very dated.
Disliked: Not what I was expecting for free breakfast. Just coffee and granola bar. Need to let people know it is a minimal breakfast. Bath tub paint pealing off.

Liked: The staff was very nice and friendly.
Disliked: I booked this room because the description said it had pots and pans, silverware etc. I brought food to cook to save money. I was told they were pretty full, and had only a couple things for us to use. 2 bowls, 2 plates, a couple spoons and a knife. We had to buy fast food which caused us to spend money we didn't really have. No coffee maker or toaster either as per the description. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets. So that meal also had to be bought elsewhere.
