Disliked: No dishes in kitchen- dirty- no phone in room- poor bedding- scary elevator

Disliked: Room was dirty and under stocked, got overcharged still haven’t received my refund

Liked: The location was prime, got to all of my destinations fairly quickly.
Disliked: There were no blankets or towels in my room, also no ice machine, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t ideal, found old food under the bed. Young lady working the front desk wasn’t very hospitable especially while checking out. Also, took over 10 minutes to get checked in when arriving for my stay.

Liked: It was very close to everything we needed. All of the staff were wonderful. Friendliest people I have dealt with in a hotel for quite some time!

Disgusting crack house

Liked: Nothing it should be closed down
Disliked: See pictures, this place should be closed down. The staff was very unprofessional, called multiple times for refund and was jerked around by Brandon, Reggie and Jamie. Human fluids on chairs and walls, dirty clothes in dresser, No TV, no pillows, gas smell, mold smell, windows were open to air out the room when arrived, no toilet paper, no towels, floor was disgusting. This place was the most disgusting place I have ever been too. Jamie said she would credit me, as did Brandon and Reggie, however, I was charged for this room even though we never stayed here. I complained to corporate but based on the treatment at this hotel, I do not think they will refund my money either. Do not stay here unless you want to see what it is like to stay in a crack house! Also, booking.com refused to help me kept pushing me to the hotel having to respond first before they can help. Called both the hotel and booking.com multiple times with no resolution to my issue.
