Disliked: I didn’t get to stay. My room was cancelled due to flooding issues. Waiting on a refund.

Liked: Wow, where do I even start. The toilet had been used in our room when we arrived and had leftover feces still inside the commode. The toilet seat had dried urine on it. There was no toilet paper at all. The towel rack was completely broken and there were stains and dirt all over the sink top. I went to call the front desk from the phone by the bed but discovered there was no cord from the phone to the receiver. I decide to go back downstairs to speak to the receptionist; I waited there for 5 minutes and hollered back to the little office area ... there was no one there. The entire place smells of mold. Terrible experience and Will never return.

Not what expected

Liked: It looked very nice on the outside not so much on the inside.
Disliked: The room wasn't the cleanest. You do not get any kitchen or room supplies like described. Breakfast was just coffee.

You get what you pay...

Liked: I liked the location and the staff helped when there was an issue with certain rooms.
Disliked: The TV remote didn't work. The windows are very hard to close and even when I did close it I believe there was still a crack that allowed wind to come in. One light didn't work.

Disappointing

Liked: It was cheap, and the staff were very friendly
Disliked: Room was dirty, phone and clock were not plugged in,floors were extremely dirty, towl rack was broken on one side,plug in was disconnected from the wall, no lamps had light bulbs
