Liked: Very basic hotel, like I expected. Good for the price.

Liked: Friendly staff, good value
Disliked: Breakfast was sparse, not all of what was pictured on the website was available. Dishes & silverware and extra pillows seemed to be in Short supply.

Worst hotel experience ever!

Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It was cold outside, the heat didn’t work in the room, we called for extra blankets, the front desk never came. We asked for an extra towel( two in our room when there were three of us). Hotel was gross. They never cleaned the walk ways, never even came to empty our trash.

Disliked: The bathtub in my room was torn up. The hotel provided no items in the kitchen if you wanted to cook-not even paper plates/plastic cups/silverware. The tv remote did not work. The free breakfast was one thing-oatmeal. I also had to deal with someone else smoking weed and the smell coming into my room.

Great value and location but...

Liked: The staff was friendly and understanding
Disliked: When we pulled out the sofa couch, it was extremely filthy and stained. We left immediately after this. Hotel understood and did a full refund.

Don’t stay here.

Disliked: Upon check in we received our keys to a room on the third floor. When the door unlocked I pushed the door open to find that it was locked from the inside and someone was ALREADY CHECKED IN. They screamed and cursed at us (understandably so). Went to the front desk and said that’s impossible. They handed us a new key to a room where massive exhaust fans were blowing right outside the room. The room had no garbage can and when the ac units were used it blew in a disgusting odor. Will never stay again. Honestly it’s ridiculous they don’t issue refunds.

Disliked: The room itself, along with the toilet, sink, and bed sheets, all had an unpleasant smell, making the stay uncomfortable.

Liked: The only good part about this property is the staff. They are very nice and were very welcoming when I arrived. That is the only reason the rating is 2 stars and not 1.
Disliked: Pretty much EVERYTHING else was horrible. The lobby area is nice, but as soon as you go to your room it's down hill. The property reeks of smoke, it's SO heavy in the air. Its very rundown and dark and dirty. And this is just the hallway. When I got to my room, the air was off so the room was HOT and smelt HORRIBLE. It smelt smoky like the rest of the hotel and spoiled. Besides that, there room was VERY dirty. Stains on the bedding, dirt and hair and I dont even know what else in the sink and shower. And comfort was a zero, The beds were horrible, they felt like roll away beds, not even real mattresses and frames. I did not even look at or use the kitchen area after seeing the state of the rest of the room. I was only staying for 4 hours of sleep after a concert, and luckily that was it because I could not have stayed a second longer. Will not stay here again and do not recommend especially for almost $400 for one night.
