Disliked: I didn't like the roach infestation that was apparent as soon as I entered the room. I didn't like the 2 roaches that somehow found their way onto my chest within the first 5 minutes of me being in bed. I didn't like the way staff was rarely present at the front desk, especially at night. I didn't like the way staff would allow for the front door to be propped open at night to allow people to bypass using a card key to enter. Lastly, I didn't like that I wouldn't have been surprised if the hotel had gotten raided at any moment for drug and/or human trafficking.

Liked: They did make the most of the space when all of Houston was looking for air conditioned rooms. And the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: This was during the hurricane power outage so it may be better other times, but the parking lot defined sketchy. The common areas were not clean. And there were small bugs everywhere. And the price was far higher than normal.

Liked: There were people all over the place all the time, roaches, the floors were super slippery i almost fell, can't even walk inside. insects everywhere. I got there after 5 hours driving and asked the attendant to let me used a bathroom and she said there were no public bathrooms, i had to wait until i got my room to use the one in the room.
Disliked: EVERYTHING
