Liked: This was horrible
Disliked: The evening desk person was completely inept and could not even program the key card for my door. She got incredibly upset and even angry when I had to ask her to open my door with the physical key. Then after I slept in a dirty room with torn and taped over holes in the curtains with bugs and trash on the floor I went downstairs to see that car had been vandalized and all 4 tires had been punctured thru the sidewalls. I’ll never use booking again. And I’ll tell every single one of my 789,000 followers to use any platform other than booking.com you’re company is absolute garbage
