Disliked: Me, my husband and nephew drove 12 hours to come to a wedding. We selected Extended Stay for the location being near to the venue, price due to needing 2 rooms and the kitchen. It's been about 15 or 20 years since staying in a Extended Stay and then it was a nice place to stay. Now, from what I've seen at this location. These type of Extended Stay set-up has now catered to people needing a place to live. This location coming in the door I knew we wouldn't be happy. I was correct!!! The flooring all through was filthy. Trash in the elevators, smearing on hardware and to top the disguise the rooms had roaches. We managed to stay one night due to the time we arrived and our plans,but that next morning early we checked out. I received my money back for the non stay of the second night. I also express this to the young lady at the desk. You have quest that may consider your establishment for the reasons mentioned, but boy unless that's what they are used too would be mortified knowing how this Extended Stay has went to downhill. Even the outside surroundings once looking in the light of day was terrible. Beer bottles, food,trash and whatever thrown around. I felt like I was in a crack or meth place. I'm embarrassed to even mentioned to anyone about this experience. I immediately booked at the Hyatt which was more my taste. This Extended Stay needs to be shut down and any others like it. If not that, this corporation needs to remove this from any hotel booking and make it just a place people of that caliber can just walk in any arrange stay. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
