Disappointing

Liked: The young man at the front desk was amazing and did everything he could to accommodate us.
Disliked: The hotel was Run down hotel. Guests were long term residents and the whole place seemed sketchy. We didn't get the room we cooked, with 3 beds. Front desk said there wasn't even a room like that... Eben though it was in thier description and I paid extra for it.
