Clean and nice staff but...

Liked: Location is good and it was clean. Served us ok for the need.
Disliked: Room was not completely made up for guests. Had to call for sheets and blankets for the bed. Made the beds ourselves. Then noticed there were no towels. Called down but no answer. Had to go to my vehicle so I stopped by the desk and had to wait for someone to acknowledge me at 6:15pm. Then were given towels in a bag but no hand or wash cloths. This was our second time here. Clientele of the establishment isn’t great either. Was not worth $77 for the night when I had to ask for everything, make my own bed and didn’t even get a washcloth for my face.

Liked: Easy check in and check out process.
Disliked: Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very good location to explore the Space centre.

Liked: The location was the only good thing.
Disliked: How it has been treated. There hasn’t been an update on that building in years.
