Disliked: The hallway smell like p*** The acc didn't work . They were very rude. They're trying double charging for the dogs. They already charged me once and they're trying to charge me another $50. They're just a place. I wouldn't recommend it for my for my dog to have a day current.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Facility issues are beyond their control.
Disliked: Two different types of cockroaches were found in the room. Bathroom had a roach. Kitchen had a roach. Bathroom needed repair; wall was falling apart and roaches were coming through the gap between the wall and the bathtub.

Awful - we feel like...

Liked: That it was close to the rodeo and the staff. We could have our dogs with a $30 feet each and no bed bugs.
Disliked: Roaches were falling off the ceiling, crawling on the walls, in the shower all over the floor. The couch and chair looked like it came from the trash. Everything was falling apart. It had a smell through out, it was awful. My kids were so upset and said I can’t pick hotel anymore! I was so disappointed.
