Not comfortable enough to stay...

Disliked: The room had physical damage. The extra protective security latch to door was broken and missing. A single mother with a young child it was and uneasy feeling staying in this room. The concern was brought up to front desk but was not accomidated to a better room.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The bathroom was full of mold and the shower was broken. The heater didn’t work and the people on the same floor screamed at each other all night every night. In addition I was told my payment from booking didn’t go through and I was going to have to pay again

Liked: Location
Disliked: There were roaches in the room and no carpet on the first floor. The breakfast is very poor.
