Disliked: The guy at the front desk was extremely rude & was acting as if he didn’t want to do his job. The room was dirty all over, I found dead roaches & bugs all in the restroom & kitchen. Horrible experience.

Terrible Hotel

Liked: The only reason that I booked this location was that it was close to the venue where I was going to attend a conference. I needed a place that had a kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator.
Disliked: The hotel sits among what seems to be an apartment complex or some other type of building that makes it difficult to get to the parking lot for the hotel. The lobby is decent, but smelled old and like some type of burning tobacco was in there. There were 2 people working behind the desk, yet we had to wait about 10-15 minutes before we were acknowledged. We checked in and went up to our room. The elevator was old and not clean. As soon as we got off the elevator the floor was very dirty, and so we're the walls. Upon opening the room door, it smelled like rat or rodent repellent. I only know the smell because growing up in the country you know smells like that quite well. We went into the room and it was very dimly lit and just looked very dirty. Before we could even get the door closed, a brown roach walked across the wall next to the refrigerator. I went to see where it was going and pulled the refrigerator away from the wall, only to see a pile of white bug powder in the corner with that roach and some others. We then went back down to the desk and checked out and requested my money back. All within about 10-15 min, we did not stay there.

Liked: Staff was great and refunded me for my second night after my complaints.
Disliked: Roaches, smelled like smoke, felt very uncomfortable sleeping the night there due to the roaches.
