Liked: Location. As mom I pd for stay for dtr/husband. Staff was awesome in making sure ckin late on Christmas eve went smoothly.. it did.

Liked: Price was good
Disliked: First time I ever paid for a hotel before actually staying there. You walk in the door and the hallways smell like Pot, (Not great when your child is with you). Staff did not want to be bothered and not very friendly. God forbid we needed more toilet paper! TV is the in the dumbest location. This was the second stay here. My first stay my father had passed away and we needed emergency stay. Very sub par for a long term stay.

Liked: Cynthia at the reception was very nice and helpful. We needed to change rooms after midnight, but she was very patient with us and got us an upgraded room.
Disliked: The property was under renovation which we didn't know. They had a sign about the renovation, but it would have been much nicer if we knew beforehand...

Liked: It was clean enough, the bed was surprisingly comfy
Disliked: It was kinda like a crappy dorm room. The furniture looked like particle board and it did not have a comfy vibe. It was under renovation and they started making noise at 7am.

Good stay, but remodeling in...

Liked: Very clean room. No smell
Disliked: There was remodeling going on during the day, and I work nights. Lots of knocking and machine operating.

I was refused check in...

Liked: I was refused check in by the lady at the front desk because even though I made the reservation and gave my ID, the person with me did not have an ID so I had to find another place to stay which cost more money & was extremely stressful. Nowhere while I was booking my reservation did I read that everyone needed an ID or I would have made sure they had 1. She also was extremely nasty.
Disliked: I was refused check in by the front desk lady because my plus 1 didn't have an id.

Liked: The breakfast was very basic. A Styrofoam cup of oatmeal with no toppings. Only flavored creamers so we didn't have the coffee.
Disliked: Very spare room.
