Disappointing

Liked: Kitchen was nice.
Disliked: Was called at 330 to tell me my room was given away and wanted to put me in a 2 queen room. Not acceptable.. Bed was right next to heater/ac unit making it very uncomfortable to have on.

Disliked: the window in our room was open when we waked in and I wasn't able to completely shut it

Disliked: There was a very bad smell of the hotel it was very dirty the rooms was very untidy and everything needed a good wipe I had no sleep there was a boiler pipe that was leaking water on the side I don't know where it was coming from there was also scratching noise on the headboard either it was a dog or something else there was just so much noise from inside and outside of this hotel was not warm but happy I would like a refund

Not as expected

Liked: The bathroom looked remodeled, with wood laminate floors.
Disliked: I arrived around 8:00 pm, there was a line of four people needing help at the desk that no one was manning. After around 10min she arrived from the back to help the guests. The room was an efficiency with a full size fridge that was old and dirty on the outside. Part of the room was carpeted. It was old and dirty. The hair dryer didn't work, and oddly there were no trash cans anyway in sight in the room. I finally found one under the bathroom sink. Across from the bed was a closet with mirror doors that were open when I arrived. I went to close them only to see the track was broken and they can't close. The "breakfast" was oatmeal packets or cerealFor the $132. This was a complete waste of money and a disappointment.

Bad experience

Liked: The location felt safe and there were numerous shops and restaurants close by. The staff I encountered were all very friendly. Bed was comfortable and the linens were clean.
Disliked: It was not the cleanest and it's expensive for what you get. I've stayed at extended stay hotels before because I travel for work. This was by far the worst. The refrigerator had what looked like spaghetti sauce splattered all over the side of it. Clearly it was not cleaned. It made an extremely loud noise 24/7.The breakfast was grab and go which is fine but it's not advertised that way. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, turned on the light, and a bed bug was crawling up the door. Thankfully it was my last night. I hate leaving bad reviews and I'm not super critical but this was bad.

Liked: i didn't like at all. It was really bad
Disliked: There was no one in the front desk when we reached. Waited there for a while after calling them. The room smelled really bad. The bathroom was not clean. Rust on stove. Even though we didn't have to use the stove, I wanted to put it here. we reached there night. We were really tired after the long flight and didn't have the strength to go the front desk to complain.
