Warm and friendly staff made...

Liked: Such a convenient location to the Aquaplex and the staff exceptionally friendly!

Disliked: The elevator is broken, and according to a tenant that has been there since November, the elevator had been out of service since November 20th.

nice place to stay

Front desk personnel were great!

Liked: Customer service of front desk, especially Nisha who made us feel valued as guests.
Disliked: The elevator was inoperable; this required lugging belongings to and from the second floor. Key cards only work once. Why are dishes, silverware and cooking utensils not in the room? Bathroom door did not lock. Toilet requires multiple flushes. There was no fresh fruit or oatmeal for breakfast. Stains were present on the outside of the refrigerator. Dust and dirt on the floor at the head of the bed. I was allowed to use a broom from your location. Handrail from first to second floor was detached from the wall with plaster all over the steps. Location needs small repairs and housekeeping needs to clean properly before this location becomes rundown.
