Liked: Nothing. Left to find another place to stay
Disliked: Room entrances were outside the bldg. Room was located in a dark place with no lighting. Couldnt read room numbers without getting out of car and walking up to each door. Door was warped and didn't close flush with frame and could feel a draft through it. No coffee pot, utensils, pots or pans, soap of any kind or shampoo. Bed looked like a full size prison cot. Asked about ice and was told I'd need to go about 1/2 mile down the street to the Sheetz and get it or wait to make it in the ice cube trays myself. Microwave was rusted on inside and lining was peeling away from the interior. Didn't look usable at all. Then staff had a nasty attitude when I went back to office to tell them I was checking out that I couldn't stay in that room. Said they couldn't refund me because I had checked into the room for 30 minutes and they would have to inspect it to see if I damaged anything. If anything was damaged I'd lose my $100 deposit also. So I would have to wait until cleaning staff came in the next morning to check out the room before she could technically check me out of the hotel. I'll never stay at an extended stay again. Worst experience ever as a single woman traveling alone. Did not feel welcome or safe. Still don't know if my deposit will be returned.

Disliked: The room was supposed to be a non smoking room and we found cigarette butts under beds. The kitchen was dirty the whole place was disgusting. Only reason I stayed was because I am relocating due to a hurricane. I’m gone now, the staff is rude and very inconsiderate.
