Liked: I paid a line for one room you told me you guys are waiver the hundred dollars for $50 I went to go and get $50 on a card to get the room cuz I paid on line you guys ever told me that so therefore you guys took $50 deposit
Disliked: You tricked by $50 and ran with it and did not let me stay in the room for two nights those are the 13th 14th or December

Glad was only one night.

Liked: Thank goodness the rooms were somewhat clean. The area outside was terrible so we were expecting the worse for the room.

Disliked: Got to the hotel about 10 o’clock at night. First thing the doorman told me is I better lock my vehicle because vehicles get broken into a lot around there. Around midnight, somebody tried breaking in our room.

Please refund our $112.00.

Disliked: We were charge a $28.00 fee for each of our dogs which was never displayed anywhere on the Bookings.com website nor at the hotel. This is unacceptable for the hotel AND Bookings.com

Liked: The front desk person very friendly.
Disliked: Overpaid $170 per night for a room should have been $89. Partially eaten Food left in the fridge. We had to throw it out. Floor is coming up everywhere. Must have been a flood. I think it came from bathroom sink where the plug would not come out it was broken. You would think after the squishy floors. They would at least look at sink drainage. The place did not feel clean. Overcharged because had family emergency at the hospital. They were the only rooms available . They made us wait several hours before the were ready.
