Really bad

Liked: It’s located in good area.
Disliked: It’s located in good area. Other than that everything is not that good. Rooms are smelling bad , I did changed two rooms but it’s same case. There is not cleanings service at all.

Liked: The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was nice..
Disliked: We could hear the people upstairs.. the aisles were dirty and there were things everywhere all the time (that could be probably be taken care of if staff walked around the property more often and there was more surveillance).. out of the 8 days we stayed at the hotel, at least half of them there was no breakfast (they were out of coffee and other stuff, apparently).. the room was somewhat clean, but the kitchenette had crumbs over the counter and the stove..

Liked: Convenient to the highway. Room was clean.Staff were nice.
Disliked: The issues that should be addressed were1 “Breakfast” was coffee (with flavored coffee creamer), granola bars, instant oatmeal and small prepackaged muffins. No fruit or juice or milk. 2 The walls in the elevator are damaged and the front door was smashed and covered with plastic and police tape. 3 Glass was shattered in one of the parking spaces (looked like a car break in) and not cleaned up. I notified the front desk manager who had no idea of the problem. Three days later the glass was still not cleaned up. 4 The staff will provide you with necessities that are not in the room. (shampoo, hair dryer, coffee maker, etc.) but you have to go to the front desk to request these items. (A card in the room states that staff will deliver the items but that is not true )The problem with that is the hotel has two separate buildings. I was in “building B” and had to walk across the dark parking lot every time I needed to speak to the front desk. This made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. (The room phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call. )5 This hotel has a few “long term residents”. 6 The room across the hall had a fire. I am a senior woman (over 65) and travel frequently (over 40 nights a year) and certainly will never book another Extended Stay America again.

Disliked: No breakfast, coffeeHallway to the rooms smelled like urine and dried dog poop on the carpet in the hallway bed was uncomfortable trash can was overfilled

Very poor experience. No facilities...

Liked: Room was very spacious. There was big sofa and neat office setup. Room was well lit.
Disliked: 1. While booking they said that breakfast is included in my booking but on property they simply said that unfortunately today breakfast wouldnt be made available. They were not even apologetic about that. It is outright cheating.2. There were not even plastics cups or glasses or anything in room.3. They do cleaning once in two weeks..!!
